How to insert YouTube video into PowerPoint presentation for web publishing
Sometimes nothing can illustrate the subject you are talking about in a presentation better than a video clip. iSpring Free supports YouTube video insertion directly into PowerPoint just as well as embedding videos and Flash movie from your local computer.
And you don't have to be a computer wizard to add YouTube to the slide. Just click YouTube icon on iSpring panel in your PowerPoint and paste a selected YouTube video URL into the appropriate field. You can resize video and position it anywhere on the slide. To make sure you're doing it correctly, check the tutorial available right in your iSpring YouTube Insert window:
The point is that Internet connection is required to playback embedded YouTube videos. So you need to upload your presentations online to stream videos during the slideshow.
There is no more need to send your viewer to some external resource as now hosted anywhere on the web, your presentation can have a YouTube video broadcasted from one of your slides. Below is a demo for you to get a feel of what it looks like in a presentation:
If you require to playback presentations with YouTube videos into an offline environment you can save the desired YouTube clip with a third-party tool as a video or Flash file and then go to "Insert - Movie - Movie from File" in your PowerPoint and select the corresponding file.
